Fellowship for Impact Fund I Managers

VCI’s Fellowship educates the next generation of institutional-grade asset managers in Venture Capital, Private Equity + Impact Investing.

About the Fellowship

VCI’s Fellowship is designed to empower emerging venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) fund managers by addressing one of their biggest barriers to success: connecting with investors who truly understand and value their strategies.

We are an education platform and support network that, over the past five years, has equipped 91 General Partners (GPs) with the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to succeed.

Our alumni are not just fund managers; they are catalysts for change. They’ve collectively raised over $1 billion in assets, backed hundreds of companies, created thousands of jobs, and reshaped the investment landscape. Together, this growing community is fueling entrepreneurial ecosystems and driving sustainable economic growth in regions and sectors often overlooked by traditional capital.

Institutional investors recognize the value of partnering with VC Include. We are a force multiplier for their investment strategies, helping them access the next wave of high-growth, high-impact founders and markets.

To be admitted into VCI’s Fellowship, emerging managers must demonstrate that they lack access to capital and networks, yet have a compelling impact investment model, and are proximate to the problems they are trying to solve. We support leaders without regard to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, or military status.

“The VC Include Fellowship to support new and emerging impact fund managers is long overdue. We’re honored to lead the charge in growing best-in-class fund managers, providing them with an opportunity to compete, and measuring positive impact over the coming decades.”
